i did not design that graffiti on that billboard xDDD i cut/pasted it from a screencap '''orz but i drew everything else xDDDD (even that just we (yes that other thing on the billboard) )xDDDDDD

i pulled the idea straight outta episod 50 of the anime <3 to sin send good me xDDDDD

in episod 50 the shinsengumi was portrayed by zura as a bullying/punk(?) gang xDDDDDD well anyhow check the series if you have time, you wont regret it xDDD.... although i have to warn ya, its a bit vulgar.... and it might take a lil study(of old manga/anime) to figure out whats going in the series lol...


and a side note... as many ppl can probably tell from the pic... neo has neither played with a baseball bat nor a bazooka xDDD ... nor those bling bling jewlery thing... lol

and and... i slacked on the pic xDDDD yet again xDDD and and and i probably wont do another city scape background for awhile... those are sheer horror...
